About Us

We don't just fix things that are broken, we transform facilities into valuable assets for our clients. Utilizing advanced wireless devices and artificial intelligence engines through the internet of things, we identify previously un-detected inefficiencies, we then provide upgrades including energy saving refrigerants, LED lighting and HVAC equipment. Using our BE inControl Platform we couple those solutions with our realtime remote monitoring and management service delivering to our clients our unique "Facility Optimization Service" by enabling complete visibility into resource consumption and cost across multiple locations.
Our history started in October 2013, and we are headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA. Through our work, we identify existing energy inefficiencies, improved energy efficiency performance solutions and execute those solutions.
